To enable us to plan provision for the children of critical workers (as defined by the government), we require key workers to provide us with information on their role, their children, and the times that they require provision. Please complete this audit before asap.
Complete this form if you work in one of the following roles:
• Health and social care (including doctors, nurses, midwives, paramedics, social workers, care workers, and other frontline health and social care staff including volunteers…)
• Education and childcare (nursery and teaching staff, social workers and specialist education professionals who must remain active during the COVID-19 response).
• Key public services (justice system, religious staff, charities and workers delivering key frontline services)
• Local and national government administrative occupations essential to the effective delivery of the COVID-19 response or delivering essential public services.
• Food and other necessary goods
• Public safety and national security (Police, MoD, armed forces, fire & rescue, prison probation)
• Transport
• Utilities, communication and essential financial services
