Child Safety
At Kinder City, safeguarding children is at the heart of everything we do. We believe every child has the right to feel safe, protected, and valued while in our care. Creating a secure environment allows children to learn, explore, and grow with confidence.
We follow all relevant safeguarding legislation and guidance, including Luton Safeguarding Children Partnership procedures and Section 11 of the Children Act 2004. Our team is trained to recognise concerns early and respond promptly, professionally, and appropriately. While incidents are rare, we take every concern seriously and act in the best interests of the child at all times.
Our Safeguarding Policy and procedures are available to view at the nursery. We encourage parents to speak to a member of our team if they have any questions or concerns.
