We are incredibly grateful to the team at Kinder City for the care, dedication, and support they provide to our daughter. As parents, we were initially worried about her starting nursery, but the team went above and beyond to help her settle in, making the transition smooth and reassuring for both her and us. She now feels happy, safe, and fully settled in their nurturing environment. Their patience, attentiveness, and encouragement have made a real difference to her development and confidence. Thank you in particular to Safia, Lauren and Alisha for being so supportive and patient with us. We are so appreciative of everything they do and would highly recommend Kinder City to any parent looking for a loving and professional nursery.

Safia and the team have been amazing. From day one, they made us feel so welcome and put us completely at ease. It’s such a warm, happy place and you can tell the staff truly care about the children. I have seen so much progress in my son since he started here last September. He’s always coming home with new things he’s learned but most importantly, he’s happy and excited to go in every day. It’s been such a lovely experience, and I really couldn’t have asked for a better start to his early years.

Our daughter has been attending kinder city since the beginning of the year, and we could not be happier with the care she has received. We’ve already recommended the nursery to our friends, the team have been amazing! They’ve been nurturing to our daughter’s individual needs and consistently provide timely feedback + observations on her developmental progress. Management are also great, Safia is always quick to respond to any queries and incredibly supportive. Lauren has also been stand out for me, and we’ve really seen a difference in our daughter’s day to day growth especially in her personal, emotional and her communication development. It’s been amazing to see our daughter’s confidence and curiosity flourish, and we definitely have kinder city to thank, it’s a huge comfort knowing she is in great hands and will continue recommending kinder city!

The staff are dedicated, patient, and always attentive to the children’s needs, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The management is well organized, communication with parents is open and consistent, and the activities are varied and age-appropriate.
